Ellie and Dave are not only a gorgeous couple but some of the sweetest and funniest couples I have had the pleasure of photographing. With all this crazy weather here in Austin it ended up being a perfect day! The whole event took place at Shoreline Grill. After the outdoor ceremony and pictures on the dock of Lady Bird Lake we headed into the reception for some dinner and dancing! I think the parents danced more than couple!!! Everyone was getting into the Tunes that Staford was spinning. And what a great way to end the night with I think my most favorite exit picture ever! Congrats Ellie and Dave! I have to give some big thanks to all the awesome vendors! Especially, Barbara Hearn of Barbara’s Bride’s for the wonderful coordinating of the day!

Angela and Ryan tied the knot on March 20th at the Allen House in Austin, TX! It was such an honor to shoot this particular wedding b/c Angela and I went to private school here in Austin together when we were younger. We were re-united through the wonderful world of facebook and some help from her sister Belinda! So it was wonderful to see a good friend from the past celebrate the new part of her life with her soul mate! Ryan is truly her soul mate! You can see it in the way he looks at her and takes her hand that he loves her unconditionally. I, of course, was teary eyed through the ceremony as they exchanged their personal vows. It was such a great night, a bit chilly due to an unexpected little cold front but that is what makes Austin, Austin! Belinda and her daughter Tori were responsible for hand making those pom pom centerpieces and the CAKES!!!!! Plus a bunch of those yummy treats on the sweet table! Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your special day! I feel truly blessed to have been re-united with a friend and to have made some new ones along the way!

OMG – Are you sure this wasn’t a fake wedding? Because I mean I don’t remember any of it being this beautiful and PERFECT!! LOL. Angie looks like a bride from a magazine – absolutely flawless and stunning. You can’t even TELL that it’s like 35 degrees outside…And my cakes have never even looked that awesome….what kind of magic camera do you use Stacy??!!

Stacy, I love the photos. You definitely captured their playfulness. What an adorable, great, fun couple. The exit was one of my favorites with her lap of petals after he scooped her up and carried her up the stairs. Such a great night.
